4. Purpose of the processed data

4.1 Data provided by students of COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL or parents/guardians
During the execution of activities, COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL processes personal data of students and/or parents/guardians, with the objective of enabling service delivery. The main personal data processed are: name, CPF, RG, date of birth, nationality, address, facial biometrics, contact data, payment information, school information, basic health information, and the parent/guardian's profession. Each type of information used is directly linked to the purpose of its use, and COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL takes all precautions to ensure that only essential information for the purpose of the collection is used. The collected data is used for the following purposes:

Register students and parents/guardians in the systems of COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL;

Occasionally, the names (and surnames) of students, parents, and/or guardians may be disclosed in fairs, events, certificates, and competitions, both in-person and online. Students may also have their names and surnames disclosed in marketing, communication, and advertising campaigns, through videos, art, articles, digital portals, various online materials, creative and/or varied layouts that publish the institutional and pedagogical content of the institution.
4.2 Data provided by hired teachers and staff
Data provided by teachers and staff (about themselves and their dependents, when applicable), such as documentation (proof of residence, RG, CPF, driver's license, marriage certificate, diplomas), photo, digital and/or facial biometrics, bank details, and health information are necessary for the hiring of the teacher/staff, granting of benefits, access to internal and external premises of COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, registration in internal systems and educational apps used by the school, and compliance with legal obligations.
4.3 Data provided by the user
On the COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL website, in the "CONTACT US" section (https://coreeschool.org.br/contato-international-school/), the user can voluntarily provide personal data, such as full name, email address, phone number, and/or WhatsApp to send messages for the purpose of asking questions or making suggestions, regarding products or services of interest, or by directly contacting COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL through the email secretaria@coree.org.br for this purpose. COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL collects the aforementioned personal data for the purpose of allowing contact with the User, when requested by him/her.
Additionally, in the "Work With Us" section (https://coreeschool.org.br/trabalhe-conosco/), the user can voluntarily provide personal data of full name, email address, mobile, telephone, and attach their resume, if interested. The processing of such data is necessary for:
Capturing candidates for job vacancies at the company and forming a talent pool; Analysis of the candidate's profile. COREE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL will process the personal data voluntarily provided by the User in accordance with applicable law, considering that the User provides his/her personal data or third-party personal data shared in a legitimate manner. If the User shares third-party personal data, the User will be the controller of such data, in accordance with applicable law, and declares, under penalties of law, to have a legal basis to share them.

Use and Navigation Data refer to data from interaction with the Website that may include IP (Internet Protocol) addresses or domain names used by the User when accessing the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, date and time of navigation, method of sending and server, file size obtained in response, numeric code indicating the server response status (successful, error, etc.), country of origin, the features of the browser and operating system used by the User, time lapses of the visit (for example, time spent on each page), and sequence of pages consulted.
